Holding her diploma from the Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Catherine didn’t waste any time creating her own opportunities when she got back to her hometown in Balmoral, NB. After a few busy months of taking special orders and baking from her home kitchen, she quickly realized there was an appetite for her sweet creations. When there wasn’t a bakery suitable for her to practice her newly acquired French baking techniques, she opened one.
The doors of Croissant Délice opened in 2016, and it has been operating with this mantra ever since:
